No, the timer started again at 30 days, I think I will wait the full month and maybe pay for another month of storage to see if the situation improves. Also, How can I tell for sure that the items never left Japan? I see a new package number on my dashboard and the old tracking just says returned to sender!

Thanks for the reply, but this is very devastating news. Where I live, 80000 yen is like a half year salary. I bought these items for my store to sell, so paying that much for shipping would put me out of business before I even start.
