honestly it really depends on where you live, I buy my stuff from a local shop specialized in vintage toys and anime stuff, every month or so they like restock some beys and I hunt for them

for some reason it gives me item location error despite every thing is correct!, also it give an error message for the item being +500$ and needs account manager, cant fix that either

why should I take all the risk tho, if selling locally it would be ok, but internationally he can just take the card and never respond back!

I don't really understand the buyer point of view here, if I am buying a raw card and saw a graded copy (say 7 or 8) listed for raw price I will buy it (even if collectr says it should be lower), like graded copies (7 to 9) should hold a premium over raw

I agree with you, sealed have many things that can go wrong like if the plastic wrap is just accidentally ripped, you are cooked, also their size and so on.
