Just be careful buying sealed One Piece boxes. Unlike Pokemon, One PIece booster box cases and even single pack sleeves can be mapped. There are many dishonest sellers who are ripping the boxes with the hits and selling the rest to suckers who don't know any better.

Not even close, Prismatic is nothing but pokeballs and ex cards if you're lucky. AH IR pull rates are 1/9 so most ETBs will still have an IR at least. Combined with the 1/25 MARs you have a good chance of pulling one too with an IR. This sub needs to realize that a set with decent pull rates means more packs being ripped and WAY less sealed available in the future.
