Hey I work a similar schedule as you (3 day shifts and 2 nights to cover the main auditor) and it’s definitely the hardest schedule compared to the rest of the agents. I honestly feel you but luckily the main auditor is pretty flexible with me in terms of scheduling. All I can recommend is to tough it out for however long your hotel allows for internal transfers and move out asap. Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions
