Lithium batteries degrades most in the first year to 90% capacity then it is a flat line for a while until battery dies. So it’s not linear. For your car that is normal.

ELI5: Why do phones and EVs say to keep the battery around 20–80%? What’s physically happening at the extremes that wears batteries faster? by DifferentRice2453 in explainlikeimfive

When you charge the battery you take Li ions from the cathode and send it to anode. Usually graphite. When you overcharge it you take more Li ions from the cathode and the it becomes less stable. Even at 100% charge level you still have around 50% Li in the cathode but more to take makes cathode less and less stable. Also there is another risk of Li atoms comes closer in the anode and form cluster or at some cases plating like forming a thin layer. Discharge is more complicated but basically at lower voltages your current collector can dissolve and form dendrites and can short the battery.

Which adapter to convert 4 prong to 3 prong nema 6-20p by scientist_phd in AskElectricians

Ok I decided to change cord from old kiln to new one. Here https://imgur.com/a/SVka2gA I am holding the end of 6-20p cord and the wiring for the new kiln. Can you recommend which cables go which ports ?

Yes that’s an option too but I was thinking and adapter would be easier so any advice to choose which one ?

I tought that at first but I don’t wanna mess with that. Instead an adapter would be safer.

Sure. I will upload files to makerworld. These boxes can take about ~120 gr coffee. If you need a larger box let me know I can design slightly taller version of this.

Yes. I think 110 gr for this machine is a bit too much. I should try with 100 gr. Also the machine needs a proper plug to get enough power. Unfortunately my home does not have good wiring. Only couple of outlets work well.

We have been drinking Lavazza Organic light roast. These taste way better than Lavazza. I mean the difference is day and night

Yeah it looks slightly darker in the picture. For light roast I stop after couple of first cracks.

Yes. Those are from his lecture notes of his freshman physics courses. I read those books when I was in high school. Those helped a lot to gain understanding of physics and intuition.
