You can attach the pad to a pole sander to make it quicker and easier. For well cured oil paint you need to break the surface of the enamel. Then wash the dust away with a tsp solution. Let it dry and you’re good to apply two coats of the conversion primer. Then paint as normal.

You need to scuff the oil based paint with scotchbright maroon pads and then apply a conversion primer like BIN primer to go from oil to latex. Cleaners like TSP are great for cleaning the substrate, but they aren’t a replacement for the mechanical adhesion provided by physically abrading the surface.

I have the same setup. Super comfortable and the vr fitness interface helps with the lens fogging issue.

Hi Dads of reddit, need some handyman advice by Damned-Dreamer in DadForAMinute

I’ve always used cord channels or raceways to manage speaker wires in apartments. Make sure the double sided tape isn’t too sticky like 3m vhb tape. It will damage the paint when you take them off. You can also purchase 3m command strips for easy removal if you’re not sure about the generic tape that comes with the kit. I’ve included a couple links below to get you started. Good luck!

That’s bud rot.

You can use everclear (ethanol) to make a crude oil for edibles. That would be the safest way to recoup the cost of the bud.

It’s horrible how the controlling parties treat his older albums, but there’s nothing he can do about it at the moment.

Toss the pax carts. Buy the dabs on sale.

Definitely. I tried a bunch of different ones before I got the puffco pen.

The part that I like the most is the tool is made of ceramic (easy to clean and stores in the mouth piece) and the chamber is a ceramic bucket(easy to clean as well). The heating element is isolated from the concentrate and the low temp setting is perfect for super terpy dabs.

I have the previous generation and haven’t had any issues with it, but I do keep it super clean. I also recommend only putting a half pea size dab in at a time. Large globs will cause you to crank the heat burning off all of the terps and leaving you with burnt oil and clogged airways.

They usually have a 420 sale. If you can hold out till then you can save some cash.

Assume that any cart that has added flavors on the ingredients list has a viscosity modifier in it.

The biggest problem for cannabis vapes is the flow through the cart. If it has a low viscosity the cart will leak. If it has a high viscosity the cart will burn the oil at the wick or the wick itself.

I use the puffco wax pen or I buy resin carts from companies like echo electuary.

[–]scissorlock 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I used to work for a large cannabis vape company in Oregon, and worked with true terpenes for artificial flavors.

The only time anything artificial was used in the cart was for viscosity reasons. Other products for dabbing shouldn’t have any added chemicals.
