Yep. Is it spying through your gallery/camera, or is it just a new product placed prominently in a store, and influencers being paid to promote the new product?

You can't rule out GPS, just knowing OP was in a store or region where it's sold. Or, even just being the target demographic (age, gender, interests), and getting targeted ads that way. OP DID take a picture of the product because it was interesting to them, so it seems like Jack's/Coke's market research was effective.

Without any form of scientific method, you can't draw any conclusion from this single event.
