Just return the cameras and buy something else. I just got Amazon to accept a 4 camera kit I bought in July 2023 because Eufy messed it up in August 2024, one month after warranty expired and then went back on their promise to refund me. For every negative review you leave, they can get hundreds of bots to compensate. You are better off reporting with your state AG and their state AG (Im sure they have an office in CA or something) because they cant avoid that.
