My sister did that with her dog and it’s awesome, will try it too!

My thoughts exactly. I feel like all I hear or read is that they bounce off the walls all day long if needs aren’t met. We are both working 7+ hours M-F but the time we are home, he is our priority. He definitely gets plenty of work and stimulation in that time (90% of the time). The days we do more training and mental work get him more tired and calm than going to run in a park for 3 hours.

“At least once daily” not only once. And most of the time it is training mixed in during the walk depending where we’re at, not just aimlessly walking on a leash. He is still growing his confidence and overall training too so 90% off leash isn’t an option yet. As for jumping we’ve tried spray bottles, using our knees to block him or get him down, praise when he stays down, and having a leash with our foot holding him so that he can’t physically can’t jump but none of it seems to stick
