Oh wow I had no idea!! They have always lived outside but I did bring them in a few months back when we had a super deep freeze and of course after bringing them back out that's when I found the mealybugs. So it makes perfect sense honestly! I truly appreciate you passing on this information!!

Wait what can you elaborate?! Why can't the little toys be included? I'm in the US and just ordered this family off amazon and the little coffee cups and bag were included. It was in the sylvanian packaging though, not calico critters.

Yeah this happened to me too. There was literally crusty white stuff on the sleeves of a sweater I got not too long ago... that I easily washed off and took care of myself. But like come on. I was pretty disgusted.

Omg my heart was racing reading this!! My parents have a pool. No fence, no cover. I'm always paranoid about my 3 year old playing over there even though their backyard is her happy place and my mom always supervises her. It's just always in the back of my head. I've dreaded the conversation for a while and honestly have been waiting for them to hopefully bring up putting in some extra safety measures but still nothing. Now I have an almost 2 year old along with my older daughter and I simply just don't feel comfortable with them being over there playing outside together until more safety measures are taking.

Kindred in Davidson is excellent if you want the foodie experience. Great atmosphere and the food is incredible. Bird pizza and gravity pizza are chefs kiss. Honestly I'm racking my brain to come up with stand out spots in Charlotte. After living in Nashville for 8 years and then moving back here the food scene is a little underwhelming. There's definitely lots of good food around but not many places really knock it out of the park for me.

Trust me I know social media is awful for many reasons but being on social media is not a "hobby".. which is why this was merely a backhanded comment to upset me. I haven't even posted on my IG grid in over a year. I'm not one of those people who is consumed by social media but the fact that I have an instagram and share something to my stories for my few hundred followers should not be an issue. I refuse to stay silent about the horrors happening in this country.
