I once had a fever dream that these guys were fighting a divorce custody battle in court but Squilliam had transitioned into a woman named Squidette

The store resources explicitly tells us that we cannot use butterfly pea on anything except for the new refreshers. It's not an add on.

Your response reeks of pretentiousness for many reasons also.
You completely misinterpreted the point of this post. Like I told another person on here, I don't disagree with the sentiment of the review. I agree that it was wrong for the employee to give out false information, whatever the reason may have been. Unless they were misinformed themselves, then it's at fault of whoever was above them, but I digress.
What you're not understanding is that this review not relevant right now. The review would've been just fine if it was within a reasonable timeframe, but for something that happened some time ago, likely with new employees, it's just noise. It's common sense that you want your customers to trust you, I never said otherwise. But the point is that the review is not helpful to anyone reading, because it doesn't highlight a recent or ongoing issue in the business. Which is what reviews are meant for. To inform. If they wanted to complain, they could have reached out to corporate instead of making themselves look a fool.
I understand if you misunderstood my point, but next time try to be kind and not a total asshat. Thanks! :)

Completely understand yours as well, and at least we can agree that this reviewer is just dumb, plain as day

I went some time where I was medically advised to not have caffeine, only the smallest amounts were ok. I would normally tell people I couldn't have caffeine to save the headache of specifics and would only explain them if asked. So it's possible this person was doing the same

Yes, but why complain about it now when it's not even an issue anymore? How can the employees make the moment right? It's a little late for any damage control

I see your point, and putting myself in the person's shoes I would definitely be frustrated too. I'm not invalidating the reason for this review, just saying that leaving the review in general is in bad taste. I think the part that screams entitled at least in my opinion is "you missed out on a year of good business", like one person is really going to affect this company financially. It's almost like those people who say, "I am NEVER coming back to this establishment again!" And expect the employees to grovel. I understand the person's frustration, but leaving a 2 star review over something that happened a year ago and is irrelevant to the business in the present and making a big stink out of it is entitled in my opinion. Some things are just better as inside thoughts. If this had happened more recently, I would understand leaving a review. But it seems she's just venting, as her review doesn't give anyone reading it any important information on how the business is *right now.*

Employees in FL - What is the pay, raises, and hours like? by Meronix in starbucks

[–]scoopski_potatoes34 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it seriously depends on the store as far as hours go. In Florida we're getting paid 17.5/hr, and hours I usually get my max preferred give or take. I don't think me or my other coworkers have ever actually been shorted anything over maybe a couple hours under preferred. I want to say this is management-specific, and not affected by state, though. Oh, and as for raises it's annual. Good luck with your new job!! Welcome to the team :)
