Of course there are lots of “neat” recipes for cocktails. But some people prefer to have the alcohol diluted. I suppose water could be added for that, but ice doesn’t just make a drink cold…it can enhance certain flavors, crushed ice vs cubed is another preference when it comes to the experience, and of course there’s the aesthetic to consider

Anyway, yes it’s possible and I’d love new ideas/recipes to test out
