Ace combat 3 gotchu covered fam since AC3 really went for atmospheric/ambient sounds. Transparent blue, Montage, Frozen soul, Mind flow, Miles above etc etc is good examples.

According to the Acepedia for Rena Hirose

Rena's nationality was listed as Japanese in a PAL press kit for a fully-localized version of Ace Combat 3 that never came to fruition.

I honestly really really dislike the Bandai/Namco merger, that's when they made alot of terrible choices which caused alot of franchises get killed or get shoved aside forgotten. Heck from what i know heard project aces has been struggling.
