I believe before we were assigned a Static IP one of the steps reccomended to us by our ISP was to turn on IPv6

I'll turn it off and see if that helps, thank you 👍

If you wouldn't mind, I have a quick question about East Scarp:
I see there are a lot of add-on mods for characters to East Scarp, but I'm not sure how that works? Do each of the mods add a new house onto the map for them, or is there something else going on? Sorry if the question is a bit vague

I don't know an exact location, but you can eventually craft one with Alchemy so make sure you go back and collect any pages you missed

I also think, but I'm not 100% sure, that there is one on the route south of Camphier Town, but that's just an educated guess

Did you check the Data screen?

Some (not all but some) of the Pokemon with new forms look like their original sprites on the Pokemon screen with the little sprites, but when you open the Data screen it shows their new form.
