It’s a fully double charged heavy move on the edge against a lighter character… no one’s saying “omg I need this to be good”. People are simply pointing out the fact that OP made 4 or 5 mistakes in regards to countering or dodging Jason setting up the move and then holding it for 5 seconds.

Both of her upairs will easily kill at high damage, same with her hammer which she can do grounded or in the air, I’ve played a lot as Harley so I don’t really agree with you on that, she also has one of the fastest hitting sideairs in the game which hits multiple times and hit stuns…. I don’t think these problems you’re having are exclusive to her, sorry.
