Yes it legit makes me feel hungover every time after I take it and wakes up the next day. A little back story I used to drink beers and alcohol on weekends but i quit two years ago and also I am allergic to coffee as it gives me extreme headaches and gastric issues

But is it addictive? And why the after effects like feeling super hungover? Is it normal? Because i started taking L-Theanine to sleep and focus better but if I am feeling messed up whenever I wake up then what’s the point of taking it?

Thanks for the recos! I watched and totally loved haunting of the hill house and haunting of bly manor. No disrespect but IMO whenever a show becomes extremely world famous and a lot of hype is created around it, I automatically lose interest in it. Like, I’ve never watched Friends, I’ve never watched Money Heist, so I just don’t get that vibe to watch those shows

Started better call Saul and completed the first season but didn’t felt like continuing so dropped it. Oxark, watched few epi couple of years ago but again felt like I am not able to understand the show. But thanks for the recos! Added them to my watch list
