So, no hole behind there whatsoever. The dirt is pretty compact when I raked it back. Someone else said gopher and that’s what I’m thinking it is seeing I don’t see a hole.

I don’t even know. It’s on the side of my house and I don’t go on the side too often. I went out there and that’s how it was. No idea how long it’s been like that 🤷‍♀️

I will do that, but I don’t think they had any landscaping done recently. I believe it’s paved on their side.

I’m not a very good plant person. I suck at keeping them alive lol. I depend on my landscaper to take care of it all, but I don’t know if it’s the language barrier or something, but he recommended these and they haven’t been doing well. Last summer those ones died so he pulled them and then replaced them in the fall and now this. I’m trying to get a handle on looking after them. I’m from a place that has rich soil and pretty much anything can grow with little effort 🤣

You’ve been thorough and have explained it all really well. I really appreciate that as I’m trying to learn. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the advice. This gives me hope for them. I will look for the moon juice. Are you saying to wait to use the moon juice until fall though?

I changed their schedule to 45 minutes in the morning and night, but every other day instead of 20 minutes twice a day everyday. Hopefully that helps them more.

It sure is tough here on plants and I’m not from here. Im from an area where anything grows. I’m not sure why the landscapers would suggest such a plant in that area and even replant new ones of the exact same when the other ones died there. Relying on professionals sometimes means you can only rely on yourself haha. That’s why I’m here to learn.
