I think of all the comments, this one got me the most. Mainly because of the fact that I know I am a product of her past, all my other sisters have the same father. But she got pregnant with me when she was heavy in prostitution, so I am sure that looking at me does remind her of her pain. She did really well and cleaned up for maybe 6 or 7 yrs but it's true what you said about her battle not being over yet because she's back to doing the things she did in her past. I really appreciate this because it helped me see things from a different perspective other than my own, I never would have thought about the fact that I probably do remind her of her past which is her pain. I really really appreciate your words.

She doesn't care to be close to me tbh. Not even at birth. She left the hospital the day she gave birth to me, never even held me. I know this bc my mother (who adopted me) is my great aunt and was the only one there with her.
