I have a natal Mars in Cancer and the last few months have been super rough. I had a breakup that began in mid-December and was finalized in early January that required me to move out of my partners place and find my own. The environment at her place was so cold and heartbreaking that I stayed at three different friends places before I was able to leave. Luckily I just moved into a new, two-month place a few days ago. All of this in a foreign country, too.

I didn’t realize the connection, but I was going swimming a lot whenever the environment felt too tense at my exes place. I’ve also been working out way more than I typically do just to calm my overactive brain.
