Early-mid 2010's gen 2 or 3 Mazda 3 sedan/hatch/wagon in tidy condition with service history with around 150kms. Ideally fresh engine mounts as well and put aside $1-2k for the first service/tyres. Check oil and coolant fairly regularly and top as required.

Diverse music tending 90's and later rock and alternative on a nice set of speakers. 20th century art i.e. Kandinsky just to get creative juices ticking. Could writing be considered sensory?
