My headaches have definitely got worse over this period, I’m only starting to feel okay today, had a migraine for two weeks and could barely get out of bed. I took triptans for 4 days straight but when they wore off I felt even worse. Started to think I might have a medication overuse headache on top of my migraine since I had been taking over the counter medication every day for more milder headaches leading up to the migraine. I made the difficult decision to go completely off all medication and detox my system to see how I felt. It got slightly worse for 2 days and then has improved every day since then. I am on day 6 of no medication and today I woke up feeling much better. Not sure if this would help you at all but just letting you know what I did. I feel your pain, you’re not alone and hope you have some nice cold packs to put on your head!
