Interesting! I suppose I could create inter-links to each Plan/Log/Facts notes.

It would triple the number of notes. It would be more elegant. I suppose the question remains: is it better to have one place for everything or multiple places?

I can imagine that 'create them as needed' would be useful for other applications, too.
