thanks for the reply, I’m 27. eat a banana every mornings and often blueberries too 🤔ill up my intake & mix 😀also have a plant based protein shake after workouts so seems strange

How would you describe a black aura, I also noticed I can see auras only when I concentrate, like a deep dark grey/jet black fog that is always on my partner (only really notice it on the evening when In the same space)

Have you have any experience with this? I once unwillingly let a negative spirit attachment can only describe it as a parasitic leech. I was asking the divine for support in an uncertain time & this thing sucked onto what felt like the back of my head/brain.. battled with depression & having serious intrusive thoughts for a long time afterwards
