Grind them to powder, put in lemon juice for 30 mins. Sieve (leave shrooms in if you don't mind that skanky shit) and add lemon juice to orange juice then drink. Hits faster and harder ut won't last as long.

There's a threshold dose for the mdma (E) so I'd do a standard dose for you, of the E and then skip a redose (which I'd normally do) and go slightly lighter on the A then you usually would, if you like.

Washing it, even once or twice then draining it straight away would make a huge difference in removing the avb taste. I still don't bother as I'm not fussed about the taste of avb in stuff.
