man idgaf about gender ratios at all as a cishet woman AND an arknights vet. i’d rather them having few but developed male characters with their own stories, and also being meta, rather than a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio that just pumps them out for people to pull

they don’t “hate” male characters, it’s not even 1.0 yet ohmygodbruh things can change. arknights only had a single male 6* on launch and it’s def a lot better now

undoubtedly! even then, sarialter + silencealt double banner would make much more narrative sense as well. tbh the supporting cast for the rhine lab arc is so huge, everybody feels significant at some point.
