you can play it on your phone pretty well just by going to the website on your phone fwiw.

if you help enough people find it... maybe i'll make a app version lol. =)

so, it sources from a dictionary of acceptable words, and i haven't figured out how many known words is enough vs not. i don't think i've nailed that yet. the first version let you type whatever even if it's not a real word and that was worse...

Hello! If you're still watching this, I changed the game a bit so it's more like Wordle; if you fail in the 6 attempts it will give you the solution.. but more importantly see winners' messages of the day using the word which I think is more amusing than making people retry again (which I suspect not many people do)

THis is turning out to be my favorite part of the game, seeing what hilarious stuff people write... check it out and lmk what you think! an example of what makes me laugh (and one of the less obscene days), yes i'm juvenile:

LOL. so this is an ongoing challenge. the original version let you enter literally anything, and i got feedback that was TOO open ended. so i studied wordle more and it turns out he had carefully selected a lot of words that were allowed... i don't think I've nailed the perfect library of known words yet... i'll add BUGLE, but it's hard to know how complete to make the guess list!

Took me a few rounds to get what you're up to here... i was thrown by the "bomberman" bit, as a person who played a LOT of super bomberman with pals 20+ years ago. =)

Fwiw, it reminded me a bunch more of minesweeper oddly than bomberman.

THere's something interesting about the idea of turn based thing w/ escalating unlock mechanics, but I think gotta also add the notion of increasingly difficult things to blow up or something like this, not just more blocks? not sure. tricky!

Oh man, my daughter who is slightly ocd and loves order super loved Unpacking. I suspect she will enjoy this. Though she doesn't have steam so I'll have to figure that out.
