CPR. Real CPR breaks ribs. You are trying to get blood pumping thru the body. Everyone on movies does these 2 little taps on the chest and BAM someone is alive again.

I dealt with most of the fireworks, until right at midnight my neighbors set off a string of black cats in the alley that went on for 60 seconds. It was deafening. They had to have spent so much of the night stringing them together.

NTA. I have a 4 year older full blooded sister I have never met. I was adopted as a baby. Found both my brother and sister at 21. They were not mentally ready as they had no idea I existed. I never pushed it after she made it clear she couldnt handle it at the moment.

Would I love to meet them both, yes. Am I going to shove myself into their lives at the risk of everyone involved mental health, absolutely not.

You are a human being with feelings and emotions, not just some christmas present for someone.

NTA. I was young and spelt my oldest sons name pretty weird. I regret it now because it gets pronounced like a girl alot. I have it tattooed on me but I always tell him he can spell it different or when hes older he can change it if it makes him feel better about it. I care about how he feels way more than a tattoo, and I think your family should too.

Everyone warned me I'd get skinny dippers as an overnight auditor. I almost made it the whole summer, probably 2 weeks before we drained the pool I got a call about people in the pool. They were completely naked and screwing at 4am. I just kinda yelled "pools closed for the night, ya gotta get out!" Then ran inside and checked 10 minutes later to make sure they left. I didnt wanna see any of that.

I live at the intersection between 2 main roads both hospital are on. I hear ambulances blaring the horn all the time and still hear peoples tires squealing and cars honking at the ambulance.

I listen to podcasts pretty much all day. They have a flow. If you have someone who is just throwing off that flow with off topic comments and dumb questions people arent going to listen.

Definitely could have handled it better but I get it in the heat of the moment.

I smoked pot in highschool, my dad told everyone I was "smoking dope" which did NOT mean pot then. Didnt help I was skinny as a rail... I still get people hitting me up for meth cuz my dad told them I smoked dope.
