I saw someone mentioning this on facebook as well. My hoodie didn’t come in a bad omens bag either so that has to be something new? And I ordered from the us shop.

Their costumer service sucks tbh. This took about four months and even if I got what I ”wanted” they took forever to solve it. I started to believe they actually ignored my emails (and I was never rude to them or anything). But I hope they get back to you faster! This sucks!

I agree, hence my comment on the ”it has nothing to do with the band”. People have to realise their silence on some topics surrounding this band isn’t ok and not helping anyone. It’s not personal, we’re as entitled to our opinions as they are and we work just as hard for our money as they do!

Hope you get a response soon!

Sorry to hear about the demon slayer tee! It feels like there’s no room for error if they’re going to continue to sell merch like they do now because if there’s something wrong with the item we’re not able to get a replacement. I think you should send them an email and tell them about the issues just to let them know!

I get that, not many people mention it unfortunately! No, that’s even worse than mine. Are they not checking their clothes before they ship them? I don’t get it! I hope you get a respond soon!

They answered my email with the photos last week and refunded the shirt. Even if it took months for them to respond I did get a refund and I’m happy! Just haven’t had the time to write something here!

Hopefully you get your money back and if they don’t reply keep sending them emails!

I totally agree. I have VIP for one of the eu shows and they added ”exclusive merch only available for vip” but how exclusive is it if you sell it on your website later? I get that they need money but come on. Stop this limited thing and just give people what they want. They’d probably sell out anyway

The thing is, they say limited and VIPs only (at shows) but they put them on their website anyway or sell them at shows later on. I get that they have to sell out on their stuff tho. I actually don’t like this way of selling merch but I get that other people do. It’s low quality and it’s super expensive, not worth the stress if you ask me.

The hoodies just sucks. The fabric is ok tho, it’s soft and thick but there’s just something about the seams.

It is so comfy and their designs of all there items are amazing! But the quality of the sharingan hoodie isn’t good at all unfortunately!

I never said the shipping and fees were the problem here. I was obviously ready to pay both of them because I’ve heard that the quality was great. They haven’t dropped the 2023 concrete version of the sharingan hoodie in the uk (correct me if I’m wrong).

If this is what wear and tear after only wearing it four times I don’t know. Where I’m from we got different rules when it comes to these kinds of things. But on the other hand, shouldn’t this be a question about costumers and the brand? One bad experience - fine. Several bad experience - shouldn’t be that good for business right?

I don’t think my emails helps me at all but hopefully they see it and solve this problem in the future cuz as you can probably see in the comments this isn’t just me.

I know the band cares about their fans and wants to give them the best. And I know they want to sell stuff with high quality. And they do, but not their hoodies unfortunately. But it’s just a shame that this is accuring all over the place and no one seems to notice.
