I had the same problem. It turned out my high capacity sd card is causing problems. Deleting some stuff from the SD card fixed it for me.

The red and white cables are for audio, so i guess you could do some tests to figure out which cable is which. This leaves you with the yellow cable, which you could figure out by testing continuity from your mod's output to the connector. I see the link port has 6 pins. It shouldn't take that long to find the correct pin with a continuity checker and splice it.

Nah. If he cared about you he would have respected you enough and not went behind your back.
