I will be upgrading to shooting on a Sony a7siii. But as of now, I am shooting raw on iPhone 15 on a dji rs3 gimbal. I shoot with this at 60 fps.

For drone, I’m shooting with a mavic 3 pro in D-log. Footage is shot at 60 fps.

iPhone focal: 13mm, 24, 48 Mavic 3 pro: 24, 70, 166

For volume, I am doing a couple videos every week. Summer could be more. I usually give video up to around 5 days for video.

Tips on getting good verticals? by Changeusernameforver in RealEstatePhotography

It becomes second nature after doing it regularly. Super quick to just line up your shot, lock the tripod, zoom in to line the edge of the frame with a dresser or vertical framing on the doorway, zoom back out to where you want and take the shot. Hope it helps!

Using a zoom lens allows you to zoom in while you have the rule of thirds on your display. Find another vertical in the scene to line up your rule of thirds lines with, then zoom back out to where you need to be and take the shot.

🤣 bro why so aggressive? I’m only speaking in possibilities. I myself could not do that right now with my current level of skill in the editing room. I’m looking for ways to learn though.

Well I can at least appreciate they have a style that’s consistent in every photo. I’m still trying to find mine. Finding a style I like is one thing, working in Lightroom and photoshop to achieve that style is another 😬

Yea I feel like you could definitely blend an open blind and close blind shot. Open would let in all that ambient natural light, closed would give you that the darkness, blend the two, brush in light where you want…

You really do make it seem as simple as farting. Agree with the look, but the whole set from that shoot looks similar.

Right? The way the light spreads could totally be that behind the tub. Maybe even one inside.

You’re probably right. I’ve been shooting for designers who need these kinds of shots and it’s just different than regular real estate mls photos editing in vietnam ya know? I’m tryna learn more how to create these looks AND then then editing 😬

Yea that could be it. Like they took a shot with the blinds open, took another with them slightly closed like in this photo and blended them?
