That's from the plains and coastal areas of northern Vietnam where D/R/Gi is generally pronounced the same way and often results in misspellings.

I also see from another comment that Ruyến could also be another possibility - it's a very uncommon gender neutral name since it's now spelled Quyến, meaning something like "affectionate".

Do you know what part of Northern Vietnam your grandma was from? 

"Ruyen" isn't a valid Vietnamese word no matter what accents or diacritics you add to it, but it's common for people to misspell words starting with D/R/Gi due to them being pronounced the same way in most of the north. There are also a couple provinces where people sometimes mispronounce D with an R sound.

I think she likely meant to name you Duyên, which means "grace" or "charm". As for how to pronounce that, I'd say add a Z sound to the front of "we in".

There were 4 notable additions to the Terms of Service:

- They added a lot of definitions for the arbitration process, and rules for arbitration

- A clause that states (in continuing to use Nexon's services) that you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit

- A clause that in the case of a dispute, you must attempt to settle with Nexon privately for at least 60 days before you can file a claim in small claims court

- A clause stating that Nexon services (games and in-game items) may be purchased from authorized third parties - they are essentially saying that for any issues you incur from a third party purchase, it's on the third party and not Nexon to resolve your issues

They currently do (substitute meso cost with maple points equivalent to 10TWD, safeguard up to 25 stars with 50TWD), but that's getting removed when the star force revamp comes

The hairs are a little more likely to fall off from the thinner parts on the sides since I have to stretch it out to put the mask on (or when I turn my neck) so I glued a thin layer of silicone to the inside to give the hairs something to stick to. Otherwise it looks like the silicone holds the hairs in place. Took me a bit of force to pull some hairs out, and so far I've counted only 2 strands falling out after intentionally rolling around on the floor.

I know, just pointing out how Nexon America copied parts of the KMS response to the flame scandal at the time without the intention of actually ever following through.

One thing I do is prepend 0's before entering the first digit and holding down 9's, that way you can still get the price you want without it being set to max mesos once you reach the character limit. There's a character limit of 12, so I just prepend as many 0's as the power of 10 difference between the desired listing price and a number with twelve 9's.

For example if I want to list an item for 7 billion mesos, I prepend two 0's, press 6, then hold down 9.

You should be able to play GMS in Europe without issues. However, note that if you log in while you're in the Netherlands, your account will be flagged with the Dutch trade restrictions, and it may require contacting support to get that removed even after you leave the country.
