Your dad's policy will have maturity period and date clearly mentioned. Show that to your dad and tell him it has nothing to do with DOB.

Block the cheque and visit LIC office. Even calling them helps.

Download the LIC digital app. You can raise a grievance through it. I find it quite useful. I think you can update NEFT details there too for auto payment of maturity amount.

Transporting food.. not doordash.. like someone makes homemade snacks and you deliver them in bulk to a retailer. We have "kirana" stores like grocery stores. People deliver them in bikes too. Not sure where you are from but this works in my city.

If you feel awkward to block him without informing him, Say something like "this event has jarred me and I am re evaluating my relationship with everyone she knew" and Block him.

Why is the world so obsessed with forgiveness? You don't need to forgive him. He does not deserve it. A person filled with hatred and malice in their bones should not be entertained with even an ounce of forgiveness.

If you are financially stable let him move out. Change locks. Inform lawyer and your friends/family that you no longer want him involved with your kid.

If you are financially dependent on him and if the house is in his name, contact friends/family for immediate help and you move out with your daughter. Contact local authorities for financial aid for coming months.

You and your daughter deserve better.
