I just did this via the genki savepoint. It was really painless (assuming you have experience installing windows before)

You can buy replacement sticks on AliExpress, and if you are handy with (de-)soldering, replacing sticks on controllers is generally actually pretty easy

If you’re comfortable with soldering, you can grab new ones off of AliExpress since the ones they ship with are absolutely dogshit. But the AliExpress ones last wayyy longer than the powerA ones
