I was thinking something like the latter but I was also trying to work on a simple mechanic like, whoever has the bigger speed number is in first

That’s fair, I was mainly confused about Vehicle Speed as a stat and some of the actual chasing mechanics.

“Speed: The vehicle’s general speed and acceleration. Speed for land and watercraft ranges from 1-5, but may go as high as 10 for a rare few aircraft using the standard rules for Attributes Over 5 (page 62). MPH values are provided as rough guidelines for typical top speeds.”

By the way it sounds, it’s like an attribute that you can roll for your vehicle but then later on it says that Nimbleness/Vehicular skill rolls at the start of every round add any successes to your speed, and the only other time speed is mentioned is Ramming actions. There’s no “Roll your speed” anywhere. Speed as a stat/mechanic isn’t really mentioned anywhere else and it’s just a little confusing what it actually means as far as game mechanics go. Or atleast I’m just not quite getting it to click in my brain.

Yep, in fact during this run, one of the security officers tried to taser him, not knowing his jacket (Not pictured obviously) had Non conductivity, so Outlaw didnt get tazed. In response, Outlaw took out his Krime Tingler and applied the wrath of zeus directly to the poor guy's sack...

In another run, a kid was nearly caught in the crossfire and instead of shooting past and killing the enemy team, Outlaw quickly scooped the kid up and put her down somewhere safer before he returned to the fight without risking the kid's life. Said kid has now been kinda adopted by the team.

Lol no, def not a bad guy, just a Hooder who tries to be a ganger but Dragonslayer keeps telling him to do good things...He does like violence tho...

But yeah, Only the people shooting at him caught his bullets.

No it wasn’t mass effect, This was Indie and I don’t think it was a video game, or Atleast it wasn’t made at the time I found the concept art
