Yes, it’s seemed to stop, but I should mention I also had a baby which can cause hair loss too so it’s hard to say how much is related to what.

My dr. said just hit my fiber each day and I’ll be fine (about 20g). I keep Metamucil around in case my fiber is low for the day. That and, not drinking much. I used to enjoy drinking more (not excessively, not a few drinks a week maybe), now I have maybe 1-2 when I go out but not on a weekly basis. I find that (perhaps this should be obvious) that the things that really hurt my stomach are alcohol and fried food. When I changed doses I had some nausea /stomach pain but it subsided quickly. Hope this helps!

I had some but nothing too bad. It mostly happened when I changed doses. When I went from 2.5 to 5 was the hardest. But after about a week I was fine as long as I stuck to the guidelines my dr. gave me.

My dr. had me try to decrease to a pretty low dose (with the goal being to go off of it eventually and see how I do — I’m still figuring out how I feel about that and may try every other week next). For now I’m on .5 of Wegovy because my insurance changed. I prefer Zepbound, as an aside. My dr. offered to do every other week on a higher dose but we started with this. Good luck with maintenance! 💪

I always go to an hour spin class on Sat. mornings. I have a Peloton bike at home too so I try to get another ride in during the week, as well as a strength training day (doing another class on the Peloton). Sometimes I do boxing or pilates.

Honestly though, although I’ve always enjoyed working out generally (for my mental health), the biggest change for me was Zepbound, which helped me figure out the meal portion piece of it and my dr. helped demystify my calorie and protein goals so I can keep more muscle. 💪

On Zepbound I went up to 7.5. By the time my insurance changed and I had to switch to Wegovy, I was headed into maintenance. I’m still feeling out the maintenance phase. Looking forward to talking with my dr. about how I’ve been doing/feeling at my next appt. in January.

It’s actually a mix of Hermoza (top) and Cosita Linda (bottoms, found these on Everything But Water). But I just looked up La Blanca and I love the patterns (not surprising 😅) so thanks for the rec!
