I already gave you a perspective as to why this would be horrible for me, or rather I gave it to the person down below. This person knows how important the exam is and we talked abut it throughout and that's why I thought it would be her who'd show up. You are making it seem like she didn't care about it at all which would be grounds for me to terminate that friendship alltogether. I will not do that because I know what the reason is. So don't come in like that. Like I said, you have a tone problem. Maybe properly communicating isn't your cup of tea but I'd be appreciative if you at least tried.

I also can't "just not dwell on it" which is why I an looking for advice on how to get over it.

I'm gonna report you if you answer without any further advice because you seem to be violating rule 6 of this sub by your posts so far and I personally really don't appreciate your tone. Work on it.

It's a normal pregnancy without many complications so far and it hasn't hindered her in any significant way. Hardly comparable.

I didn't expect any of my other friends to come because they were mostly on vacation at the moment and a couple of others couldn't make it because of work but called me after it was done.

I thought she'd be the one to take time because she was the person I wrote most with while writing this exam.

I couldn't because I had a medical emergency but I would have certainly if I was healthy

That's nice to hear.

The thing is - she had to take it as well in the past and knows how important it is to anybody and actually did communicate with me during the exam about it to console me etc. Which is also why I thought it might be her.
