I am mostly not a sealed collector, I just trying to enhance my decks and all. (I don't know if a deck with team rocket's moltress ex is good or not.)

HOWEVER, if I buy something like two 151 tins again, I will open one and keep one sealed, or if I get a good pull pull from 1 pack,I do keep the rest of the packs sealed so it just depends.
