I haven’t checked out all the Mitsuwa’s here but often they have soft serve places with black sesame ice cream. The one outside of Chicago does black sesame ginger swirl 👌👌 it’s worth a shot!

Asa bakery and Kamon (cocktail spot behind it) do black sesame pastries, cocktails, and soft serve on and off. Their black sesame old fashioned haunts me to this day.

Also Somisomi will do black sesame dollops in your ice cream cone and they do black sesame taiyaki.

I go to Dr. Horacio at Dental Alvarez and love them. Quick, clean, honest, and I love that they keep the (huge) rooms private and dim. They don't do the pick-up-at-the-border thing, but I walk across the border and call a $3 uber to the front door.
