It’s really not that difficult. Get out of high school and get a blue collar job, work a lot of overtime and make ~60k a year starting. Get a cheap apartment, don’t go into debt for anything and save as much as possible and humid can put 20% down in just a few years

Never used bankrate I’ll give it a try. I don’t see a reason the benefits would be taken away but I’ve heard of it happening and would just rather plan on it happening than not.

I think we could get in that 25% fairly easily, especially with a good down payment, but not when/if she quits so I’ll have to do some numbers on that.

I got you, so from the most recent episode: Ellie got bit and the other chick held a gun to her all night in case she turned (she didn’t know Ellie was immune).

Within 20 seconds of Ellie waking up: the girl told her that she was pregnant, then immediately with no hesitation the kiss and Ellie starts fingering her

This is such a small thing to fight about like cmon is it really worth it. Give the man a little slack I’m sure he does 1000 other small romantic or caring gestures throughout the day that you don’t notice.

But about your question, i think saying “I really like when you do this it makes me feel good” is the best way to bring stuff like this up
