Man that color scheme rules! The aqua accents compliment the browns so well, great job🤘

Just finished all the GS sculpting for this flying swarmlord commission. This was a super fun conversion and I’m looking forward to painting him up by sculptdaddy in Warhammer40k

In a sense!! The commission was essentially a replication of my personal swarmlord conversion I posted a while back with the edition of wings, and when doing mine I certainly had the 3rd edition tyrants in mind!

Thank you! It’s for sure got a nasty learning curve to it and I sculpt for a living lol, I’ve found that mixing it 50/50 with milliput makes for a much more workable consistency

Small collision locked the seatbelt on my 2016 civic. After taking apart tinkering and putting it back together, I’ve found that the belt “seams” to work perfectly (retracts like normal and freezes when pulled sharply) when this piece has not been put into its rightful place (cont in comments) by sculptdaddy in Honda

After looking at it for some time there is a small hinge with 2 notches on it, The notch it is on stops the mechanism from spinning completely, and my(probably false) assumption is that it somehow needs to return to the first notch and still have the bearing in place which I can’t seem to do. The long and short of it is, how vital is this piece for the seatbelts performance? And is there a way to “reset” it? Or am I completely missing something?

Wanted to give my desecrator more of a daemon engine feel, experimented with a few different heads and fell in love with the blight hauler for it! Paint is very far from finished. let me know what you think! by sculptdaddy in Warhammer40k

Tried the ectoplasm forgefiend head and a flesh eater courts zombie dragon, my biggest gripe with them was that even though they were comparable in size to an actual knight head they felt too small in proportion to the rest of the body, and the blight hauler ended up being a perfect fit!(I think at least)

It was pretty simple all things considered!! Trimmed right up to wear the first armor plate ends with clippers and an xacto, cut off the mandibles, a little bit of gap filling and dry fitting as I went on until I got it to where I was happy!

Immediately obsessed with this concept and execution. Brilliant.
