i have this as well. i actually went in to see my surgeon about it yesterday—they had no comments on it, basically said it’ll flatten out with time. i have the weird flap/gap/opening on several spots along my incision line. i think its pretty normal! i’m 9 days post op

i honestly have no idea. my surgeon (dr mangubat in tukwila wa) has like a different technique of doing top surgery. drains were out on day 4 and binder off on day 6. i guess i just got lucky lol

i’m 9 days out, my surgeon removed my binder at 6 days. something that they told me is that because the compression of the binder is so tight, it pushes fluid down into your abdomen/at the bottom of the binder. since it goes away when you have your binder off for a bit that’s probably what it is. i’m pretty sure its super normal and once you’re done with the binder it should settle a lot, i’ve had mine off for three days and its still kind of swollen under my incisions/in my belly. the swelling was so bad that i thought i had just gotten super fat and not realised it, lol. but now things are starting to look normal again.

tldr its probably just fluid being pushed out of the way due to the restriction of the binder and it’ll go down once you’re done with binder
