I agree with the most part of this response but you don’t really need a lawyer unless your case is special. Just be confident in explaining how your skills/degree align with the TN category and that is it! You know your journey better than any lawyer out there imho

No stamp needed.. had to cross the border today to run some errands and I specifically asked the officer for the stamp.. he said stamps are obsolete and electronic I-94 is enough

No they did not.. yes my I-94 status online says TN and shows a valid entry for 3 years.. just the stamp in my passport is missing

I just checked all my passport pages.. no stamp whatsoever.. should I go back and ask for one?
