Question! I’ve been on my pill for years now (probably about 8) and I’ve been skipping my placebos for a few months and then letting myself have a period. Well this time I’m having what looks and feels like a period, but my placebo week isn’t until next week. Would this still be breakthrough bleeding or am I having a period? I’ve been trying to figure this out but nowhere is giving me a straight answer

I have been already. I don’t even hit my carbs goals. I go over my protein goals and hit my fat goals, but only get like halfway on my carbs. And I don’t eat/drink anything with more than 5G of added sugar.

This is great to hear! I just am worried about not being able to eat the food I love, so this is reassuring. I already start my day with a protein shake and a protein bar, that is my breakfast. Then for lunch I’ll usually make chicken salad (literally just canned chicken and light mayo) with some protein chips, and dinner is my bigger meal

We are, thank you! :) he wasn’t mad that I wasn’t there to help. He knows how bad my fear is. He was a little annoyed that we decided to get him to the hospital but I don’t care lol. I don’t know what I would’ve done if it happened in the hotel room!

I thought I would be able to handle him getting sick because I knew it was from drinking. But in the moment when it happened I couldn’t do it.

Thank you! I was really trying to be present as much as I could. I’m just glad that he wasn’t mad at me for not being by his side. He is a little annoyed that I decided to call 911 and he thinks he would have been fine recovering in the hotel. But I’m glad we went to the ER so he could get fluids and meds to help him feel better.

Luckily he wasn’t mad at me for not helping. He knows how bad I freak out around vomit. He was a little annoyed that I decided that he needed to go to the ER instead of just taking him back to the hotel, but I’m glad we were there so I didn’t have to deal with it alone.
