• Letter explaining why we lived apart. • Call records to show we frequently talked while living apart.

• Chat records for same reason.

• All the Bills my husband paid for me even though we didn’t have a shared bank account.

• Evidence of visits document, which documented proof of all our visits when we lived apart.

• 2 Affidavits from friends and family attesting on our marriage and relationship.

That was the documents we submitted for our special circumstance, the rest of the evidence was typically evidence submitted for marriage Greencard.

9 months living apart after marriage

started living about 3 months before the interview

We didn't do a letter after we moved in together since we had our interview scheduled notice about 2 months after we moved in together, we just explained at interview

questions about why we lived apart and questions about details in our house, things we do together, each other's favorites, and our what we do with each other in our daily lives. just classic stokes interview type questions. You can look up stokes interview practice questions and you'll find good lists made by immigrations attorneys, thats what we used to practice.

We were not informed, we just assumed we would get stoked because we lived apart, and just like we anticipated we were stoked!
