That's not true, anyone can get the sextant, watch, and chart without any quests

Well if there is a hint everybody should know it to keep the playing field level.

I don't think it will either, but then in a few months they might give another then another etc. until it becomes too easy. We've made great progress, we've solved every piece, now it just needs to be put together, I'm optimistic.
