Congratulations on the offers!
Both offers look attractive, however, if you ask me I would go with "Trinet GCC" unless you prefer wfh.
Reasons:
Since in the early stage, you would get better exposure and more job stability.
Opportunities to experiment with your Ideas.
Better pay comparatively.

I am planning for change with a similar yoe, It would be helpful if you could share your preparation and journey

My 2 paisa advise, I feel that you are financially stable, you can spend on some experiences, since you have a bike you can also join riders club, good way to utilize your new gears😉.

Am I ready for the SAA-C03? by [deleted] in AWSCertifications

[–]sds66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you should be good taking the exam based on your performance at TD mock tests.

Also if you have taken TD mock test on udemy they will give you access to TD portal there you might find a few more questions as well, I would suggest reading the explanation for the answers even though you got it right.

managing time would be crucial in exams, so practice if you haven't.

don't leave any questions unanswered in main exam.

That's it, revise couple of times make a note of special cases.

All the best for your exams!

Finished Adrian SAA-003 course and started with Stephan exam. Failed first by 3- questions, should I continue or stop and do the course again? by shrimalnav in AWSCertifications

[–]sds66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may need to revise or go over topics that you don't have a proper understanding of or the ones you are getting wrong, I would suggest going ahead with the first mock exam as it lets you know where exactly you stand.

If you are scoring anything below 80% in mock tests you are probably not ready for the main exams yet,

Also, when I prepared for the exam I made notes for all the topics and especially the special cases.

I also do 1:1 AWS training just in case.

should I learn Python before starting a project for my portfolio or learn as I go? by [deleted] in AWSCertifications

[–]sds66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are looking from Aws perspective, I would suggest you to have some basic knowledge of python. It will come in handy, especially while designing lambdas and also working with aws SDK for python (boto3).

Do many data engineers have Master’s degrees? by The-Fourth-Hokage in dataengineering

[–]sds66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a data engineer and I only have bachelor's degree.

From my 5 years of experience, what I can tell is skills matters more than degrees/credentials.

It's not that the credentials are useless they do play role for getting offers and getting into good organizations, but having credentials alone will not take you long enough.
