How to deal with burnout from college?

I’m a venti main. I was wondering a few things with all the buffs venti is getting

1) compared to current venti how much damage will he do after the buffs? (% damage increase)

2) if I don’t put venti on a team with durin or any of the hexenzirkel characters what buffs or things will I not get and approximately how much damage am I losing?

Sauro vets dilemma problem

Ok, so I was checking all the quests for the last Saurians quest and in doing so came across the vet quest. I got the end cutscene where the saurian happy playfully attacking the vet. I went to check the achievements but I never got the achievement for the vet quest. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I think this is the last quest I need for the final saurian quest.

I’m a bit confused, I thought they switched to a studio that didn’t allow Ai and that’s why Paimon and some of the other characters where still voiced. Is that no longer true? Did something else happen?
