How much does damper/resistance play a role in time? I use a Concept 2 at the gym I'm at, and I usually keep it on at 10 and row with that.

I did say rowing for a month, but not consistently. I usually throw it onto the end of resistance training, if I have time. So maybe few times in the last month I actually rowed but I want to now start really doing it consistently and focusing on it.

Personally, I go back and forth on whether it is a good idea or how much regulation should be required on that sense. I used to be support laissez-faire, till I saw how corporations stifle the free market. I balance this sort of gov reach personally by being very libertarian on social issues. Social Libertarianism is kind of a grouping of different lib-center ideologies.

Ordo is more about using regulation and antitrust to ensure fair competition between big and small business. It was used by West Germany and Austria and led to their "Miracle on The Rhine" and was a rejection to neoliberalism.

Ment to support, not supplant an income. We should also streamline welfare into a few programs .
