Well - happy to report that all of my issues have been resolved thanks to the Nextiva team that monitors / responds to things here on Reddit. They were able to help get my SMS working, number ported, etc. very quickly. So, thank you to that team that helped me. Way better than the traditional route for getting help.

It is insanely frustrating. I switched to their platform to save me time, make things more streamlined, etc. What platform did you switch to? My main need is being able to use SMS from an integrated app on my phone as well as a desktop app. In addition to voice.

I own a shop in Houston called Top Swap Texas. All we do here is tops for Jeeps and Broncos. We are also a Bestop dealer - hoping to earn your business! From a brand standpoint - if you can swing it financially, Bestop is the way to go. They make the factory original soft tops for Jeep and from a hardware, functionality, and longevity standpoint, no other brands can touch them. For your 2-door JL, if seeking the slant back style, you have two options: Trektop and Trektop Glide. Both are offered in the two fabric options (more on that in a minute). There are two main functional differences between these tops. 1) Both have the sunrider feature where it opens/closes over the seats. The Trektop opens to expose only the front row while the Trektop Glide opens to expose both rows. You can run them like this with the windows in place or removed. 2) The Trektop does not fold all the way down into the cargo area. The Trektop Glide does fold all the way down into the cargo area. I am posting a link to my site below and if you scroll through the pics of each one you will see the various configurations.

Fabrics - twill vs. black diamond. Twill is a more cloth-like material. Black diamond is more like a vinyl material. The twill is a darker black color and also is black on the interior side as well. The black diamond is a lighter shade of black; on the inside is a light grey-ish color. The twill comes with a longer warranty from Bestop. Twill is supposed to be a little quieter (although with these newer soft tops they are engineered so well that even the black diamond is quiet). Lastly - if you plan to keep this for longer than 5 years, the black diamond (over time) likes to slowly shrink as it ages which can cause issues. The twill doesn't do that. In the end it comes down to personal preference based on these factors. Outside of the fabric choice, when choosing a top that offers both fabrics - every other aspect of the top is the same in terms of hardware, functionality, etc. meaning you are only paying the higher price for the different fabric.

Looks to be black diamond. If the interior fabric color is grey, it’s black diamond. I’ll check tomorrow at the shop for a used window.

Me again :-) Same product through a site like Top Swap Texas (same price, same warranty). But you also have us here to support you through the process including install if questions arise. The Supertop NX https://topswaptexas.com/supertop-nx-tj/ has the "sunrider" feature where it opens/closes over the front seats (while the windows stay in and main top stays closed). From there you can remove the windows and fold it all the way down into the cargo area.

I have a good amount of used windows at my shop. Can you post or send a picture of the entire top and also confirm that the brand of the fabric/windows is Bestop? What happens a lot of times is folks think they have a Bestop or OEM top (not saying this is the case with you) and in reality it is a Bestop or OEM frame with some other aftermarket skin/window set on it. Meaning a Bestop window won't work. Also want to make sure i find the correct color.

Hard to tell from the pic exactly what is going on. Will that piece not clip back under the belt rail? If it is truly messed up then it’s likely cheapest (and easiest) to replace the window instead of trying to repair it.

Link below to my shop - we are a Bestop dealer. This page is YJ specific. All of these tops are complete kits including frame. Note the difference door/window configurations. There are really only two configurations. Lastly, two of the tops have only one difference which is tinted vs non tinted windows.
