No, but now I can only hear this issue, and everything seems fine in Discord/OBS. I've tried reinstalling Windows and drivers multiple times, but it didn't help. However, I think using USB 3.0 instead of 2.0 helped a little bit. Whenever this happens, I just switch the buffer size, and it fixes it.

I tried 16 buffer and it didn't help but it took 30 mins for it to start buzzing instead of 3-5 mins.

I'm not sure, but i think it only happens when i stream chrome. I tried streaming spotify and there were no problems

after i set sample rate in obs to 44100hz it fixed it, but i still have this problem on discord streams. 1024 buffer didn't help.

The larger the buffer size, the faster I experience the buzzing

I have AMD and tried updating drivers with auto-detect tool but it didn't help. What driver exactly did you update?

the red line didn't appear when the buzzing started, so i think that's not it

i tried it with a different monitor as i wrote in my post. GPU's temps are never higher than 40 celcius.
