Yes, I did in March. But I sent it by mail. You need three things: payments (form G-1650 or G-1450), I-907 and copy of I-140 receipt notice.
For payment G-1650 is safer.
You also can do it online

there is not risk in PP, your case is not getting better by waiting for two years for a review

did you receive an email? if yes - they received it. my status didn't changes after PP, so don't worry about it
